Great as she is being a professional, I still cannot convince her about EXPERIENCING the MASS long before it begins in the morning, and several hours before she needs to open for the day. As you can see, there STILL has not been a reply:

St. James Cathedral the really big and beautiful church cathedral in Seattle has mass at a 8am on Sunday mornings, and also at 8:15am on Saturday mornings, and also on weekday mornings at 8:15am as well.

 

The mass starts a little bit later in the day at 9:00am in the morning on weekdays at our church St. Louise De Marillac at 141 SE 156^th Ave, Bellevue, WA 98008. This mass is usually not accompanied by music except on Wednesday when we get to share mass with the children at St. Louise School.

 

Mako, would you please be willing to come to mass with Jill and I possibly on a Wednesday or Saturday morning and experience God Love with us?

Something that I have can be traded for something that I want. By sowing tithes and offerings with expectation that more will come back from God to prove that he is there as understood in Malachi 3:10.

The seed offering you have will stay as it is unless you sow it, and allow it to die to bring about a harvest in your life as understood in Luke 6:38.

Anything given up for God in this life and in his name will be given back in this life a hundred time more, and inherit eternal life after this life is done as understood in Matthew 19:29.

Belief in how God loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him may not perish but have eternal life, professes that God never lies, period, otherwise all his promises and the entire bible, his word, is made completely false as understood in John 3:16.

My personal belief in this Law of God I have come to understand as his Law of the Seed, Time, and Harvest.

This conviction I now have lead me to sow with expectation a very sacrificial $100.00 USD with our brotherhood in our Knights Of Columbus charity I know as Pennies For Heaven to train our Holy Orders seminarian vocations in the Deaconate, Priesthood, Brotherhood, and Sisterhood. The result I have traced as God’s reaction to my Seed is CommandTRADE FX (http://www.commandtradefx.com) which will continue to give for the rest of our lives…

Using God’s gift to first give back to him in thanks giving will provide an overflowing for the rest of our lives according to his word. Our proof of this is on the day of October 24th, 2009, our total equity (cash value) of our trading account was $2000.00 USD that we had started with after we had sown our Seed to God nearly 6 months prior to the day on Thursday, April 9th, 2009 after I had lost my job that December. Exactly 54 calendar days later on December 18, 2009, our trading account had doubled to $3999.64 USD.

I truly feel that Our Father God Most High is calling all three of us now in the Name above all names, Jesus Christ Our Lord, and through us the power of the Holy Spirit to make our Brother’s Round Table an Absolute Reality!

 

Here is what we must do (I cannot do this alone without your help!):

1.  Worthy Financial Secretary Trevy, I need you to order from Supreme four booklets #2632 entitled “K of C Round Table Booklet”, and hand each of us a copy of this. One for yourself to use, one for Brother Jorge Moreno, one for Worthy District Deputy Carmelo, and one for me (Matthew James).

2.  Each of us must read and understand the guidelines, bylaws, and instructions for having and coordinating a K of C Round Table possibly here at St. Louise. [My instructions are explicitly telling me that a K of C Round Table is almost always at a different parish, but for our Spanish speaking community here at St. Louise, we are going to make an exception to this “rule” to very lovingly include them with us.]

3.  Worthy Warden Brother Jorge, (this is the critical part) à I need your help to start building a list of names in our Parish that we can show to Father Tom. To do this, I need your help to personally one-on-one contact as many Brother Knights, Brother Spanish Speaking/Hispanic Knights, and any other prospective new member candidates who we could also initiate and get them to their First (1^st) Degree also wanting to be part of this wonderful new Round Table!

4.  Once we have all the knowledge that we need, and a list of names as proof of Brother Knights and Candidates wanting to help our church and be good stewards in good service for our parish community as much as I do, then at that time it will be right for the four (4) of us to meet with Father Tom (with a booklet and copy of the list he can have), and ask his permission to officially form St. Louise 4385 Round Table of our Latin American and Hispanic Brother Knights under the support and direction of our council.

5.  If Father says “Yes, you may”, then Jorge with you we will together fill out form #2629 tha we have copies of, and send this to Supreme so that they know who is coordinating our new Round Table. Once we establish your guy’s activities as service to the parish, then we will annually fill out form #2630 “Annual Report KofC Round Table” and send to Supreme by June 30^th of each year. Although, we don’t have to worry about form #2630 until we get to that point.

 

Guys, I know this sounds like a lot, but I truly do believe that we can do this.

Always remember that we are here to help each other and our church, no matter what.

Below are three pictures I am treasuring from our Capital Campaign Ground Breaking ceremony for the new elementary school and faith formation center at St. Louise De Marillac in Bellevue, Washington.

This was a 4th Degree moment I will not forget as the Seattle Arch Diocese Arch Bishop Alexander Brunette came to bless the ground where the new 50,000+ square foot building will be built as part of our 11 million dollar Capital Campaign.

This beautiful spring day, we dedicated to God in natural wonder through Tulips of every shape, size and color.

God’s architecture of these magnificent small pieces of engineering, and our symbol of Global Piece, give further testament to his immeasurable wisdom and limitless love.

 

We, the 4th Degree Knights of Columbus Assembly 1630 in Bellevue Washington, sincerely give our thanks in faithful prayer for allowing us to participate in this most holy dedication to the Protection of Life in all its forms at St. Louise De Mariliac in the Garden of Innocence. In this garden, one will find a very peaceful place to simply be and meditate on what life means before the Holy Family in their desire for the protection of mankind at the beginning of life, and also at the end of life.

I realize the blog post is a bit over due, but here it goes...

This picture was taken at Everett, Washington United States Navel Base on Saturday, March 1st, 2008. The occasion was to humbly promote me to the esteemed rank of Sir Knight: Matthew James Klump in 4th Degree of the Knights of Columbus as a new member of his Very Reverend William J. Power assembly 1630. I appear in this photo with our Master of Ceremonies, myself mistakenly wearing my name badge with my tuxedo, and my wife Jill with her brides maid dress that you recognise from the wedding of Caroline Hill and Patrick Pitz.

In this photograph with my Jill and I is Brother Sir Knight Trevy Burgess who was knighted the same time I was.

This is our actual moment of being knighted: My eyes are closed praying to Almighty Father God Most High while kneeling before a member of the Washington 4th Degree Team, also giving my oath to protect and defend our church including our clergy of brother Priests in the Holy Roman Catholic Church. It looks like Jill momentarily found something funny to look at.

In this second picture of our knighting, it looks like our roles are reversed with Jill’s eyes closed and my eyes being opened (presumed of course by God himself). At the time I think I was looking at another member of the 4th Degree Team, and looks hard to tell, but Jill is either praying or still laughing, I can’t tell which. My assumption is that she is praying.

It is times like this when I can’t figure out if I am awake or still dreaming when I see new cell phone technology like these. Sprint still requires the two year service agreement where TMobile does not and both phones would cost the same at about $300. I had a monthly discount with my previous employer Volt at about 8% off per monthly bill, and it looks like I have got another 8% discount with T-Mobile monthly bill with the new job I start with this Thursday for doing testing on Windows Vista with the Windows Division through Aditi staffing agency as another temporary Microsoft contract. This will most likely go to the middle of March, and then I’ll look for work again.

I was thinking about how interestingly I had rather suddenly and unexpectedly bumped into our good and funny guy Rory Blyth! I was very fortunate to happen to drop by Rory’s blog this Sunday, September 30th, 2007 since tomorrow is Rory’s last day as a Microsoft Technical Evangelist. I was very moved by his life experience that he mentioned over the last three years of his fun at Microsoft, and I felt compelled to write him back a short reply:

 

My friend Rory,                                                                                                                                    

My encounter with you in building 25 cafeteria, the building where my present contract has placed me, was very enlightening, and also definitely a sign. It was a sign that I am not all that far behind you in the direction that you are headed in back to my home of 29 years, Portland Oregon after my present contract with Microsoft comes to its natural conclusion. For the longest time, it felt like my stay here in Redmond/Bellevue/Issaquah was more like a pilgrimage for spiritual knowledge, and then slowly as months turned into year, it felt like a Babylonian Exile much the same way that the two ancient Jewish nations in the land of Israel known as Jerusalem and Judea were banished from their cities and forced to live in captivity within Babylon. Their temples destroyed, and their people enslaved by the Babylonians because they did not heed the warnings of God's chosen prophets. They could not do something so simple as to obey God's laws and precepts that were handed down to them by Moses himself. Yes, it was the Ten Commandments that we know all too well. I too also believe that I've gained invaluable experience during my time at Microsoft. My skill levels have finally advanced to the point with software programming in testing and development that I stand a much stronger chance of gaining software engineering work in Portland Oregon that has always been my dream.

Rory my friend, if you happen across any contacts in the Portland area you happen to know of since your headed back to Portland and tomorrow is your last day at Microsoft, do you think you can put in a good word for me over at the Pack West Microsoft office in Beaverton, OR? Or anyone else you happen to bump into kind of the same way that you and I bumped into each other over in the Building 25 cafeteria?

A friend once said to me that the greatest joy happens in helping someone else, and perhaps even if that person is a somewhat of a stranger. I could not help but think about how you have been since the last time we met as business acquaintances. I'm glad I read your blog today since it spoke to me a great deal about being away from home and wanting to see family again.

Dear Gloria,

Both I, Matthew James, and my wife Jill of St. Louise De Mariliac parish in Bellevue, WA have heard and read of your story from the beginning, especially by my wife Jill.
We are also members of the anointed Knights of Columbus Counsel 4385 at St. Louise parish and also the Young Adults Group Ministry of St. Louise De Mariliac, and all of us extend our prayers out to you for speedy healing and a complete recovery. And if this is not the will of our most holy Lord God Jesus Christ, that he whose heart lights every dark place in this world, take you Gloria to his bosom as you enter into the throne room of God to live forever and reign with the holy family, Saints, and hosts of heaven, one God, forever and ever,
Ah men.
Many of us wish that we could follow you as you are reborn from this life to life everlasting in the next. Like infant children who do not understand, none of us who are still disciples of Jesus here on Earth are meant to understand what life with him is like until our faith walk in his glory on Earth is at an end. The Gospel of Jesus tells us over and over again not to fear, and that through faith we are saved.
To my knowledge, you have done exactly this, so you have nothing to fear, and when the time comes for his second coming to you, your rebirth as your are given victory over death will be glorious!

Then you know what a headache life can be when you Litermaid Automatic cat litter box by Applica Incorporated can be when this wonderful consumer product since slice bread decides to break down.

If you encounter the same situation that I did where I couldn’t get the litter rake arm moving again regardless of whether the device was plugged into an AC power outlet or powered by batteries, then follow these simple steps to get your automatic Littermaid cat box rake arm moving again:

1) Un plug all power supplies from any AC outlet and remove all batteries.

2) Where the rake arm would normally move all the way up to the receptical side to depress to two switches: Press both of these rake arm retraction switches, simultaneously ten times, and in a row as shown in this picture. The switches are located at the end of each track on each side of the litter box:

3) Wait 5 minutes.

4) Plug you AC power back in or put your batteries back into the Littermaid cat box.

5)  Your scoop/rake arm should be moving once again, and everything as working again just fine!

In the infancy of my career as a beginner programmer, I learned from the very beginning that planning and design is usually 60% of our work, and following through with implementation is 40% of what we do. Deploying a server is no different from deciding exactly on the topology of the server, to the thumb twidling of waiting for the status bar to reach 100%. In the end, a machine that started out as a workstation will never be a server, and reciprocally a sever will never be a workstation. My reality consumed a good two months in the wrong direction, and my hope is will help as a warning from my experience.

I wish to dedicate this public message to all my friends of old who are continuing to try their best to make the most of life:

Joya was not with Erindale when she took baby Angelina with her that day to Jill’s and Erindale’s favorite Coffee Shop in downtown Monmouth. We did, however, finally get to meet baby Joya again that day since she was experiencing a “time out” earlier that day by the surigate parents Grandma and Grandpa. Joya is growing up very quickly into the young toddler she is now. I was not able to capture a picture of her, but the best was I could describe her is very healthy for a child her age, eyes of both her Mother and her Father, and long brown curls of locks.

We wish you the best, Erindale, Joya, and now baby Angelina. May you all find room in your hearts to bring your father, Art Mcgee, back into your lives as a complete and loving family once again… In Jesus name, we pray for this to be a reality, ah men…

 

All Internet Explorer users —> NOW HERE THIS! <—

There two more gotch’yas I’ve recently stumbled across that I hope to save everyone that same trouble from:

1)      If your friend has provided you a login to his website running IIS and without 128-bit SSL, HTTPS encryption, make sure you disable “Enable Windows Integrated Security,” or you’ll be forever disallowed to login to your friend’s site.

2)      Don’t ever expect to use Internet Explorer for access to your favorite FTP sites anymore. For security concerns, FTP access is turned off in Internet Explorer 7.0. You are now restricted to use FTP access only through an Explorer Window to keep your files and password from being sent in clear text across the wire.

I hope this helps for everyone that is a Windows or Internet Explorer out there, and we’ll see you at the next blog entry.

Hey Gang,

I’ve gotten my enlistment set and approved through autosecure as:

//depot/... //a-mattk-YonaSeverManagementDepot/...

//depot/sources/test/... //a-mattk-YonaSeverManagementDepot/sources/test/...

 

When I try to execute:

sd sync -f -w //depot/sources/test/…

I get:

//depot/sources/test/... - no permission to protected namespace; see 'sd help permissions'.

I do have access to the main portion of the depot because when I execute sd sync -f -w //depot/...

I’m getting a different result from earlier as:

Request too large (over 200000); see 'sd help maxresults'.

Meaning it’s definitely trying, but something else is wrong, maybe the view mapping to get the source code.

Mean while I’ve been trying desperately to execute a successful xcopy command from my friend's network share, but currently is not working since every other subfolder has an offending file whose name is too long (greater than 255 chars).

This can be worked around by having xcopy renaming all the offending folders and files with the /N switch which will execute the copy using the generated short names. This pretty much ruins everything since after the copy, I’m not able to read or tell exactly which is what since now my build source differs from the original.

Since manually copying the depot will never work, what would you suggest to fix this?

Within the tool kit you will find ROBOCOPY plus a large expanded set of the cmd32 commands you are already used too. By now you probably noticed several new photos that were posted from events occurring over the summer. If you haven’t checked that out yet, it may be found here. I haven’t yet had a chance to clean up the comment spam left by several other visitor, so if you wish to comment on any of the pictures there, please use this link to do so. This particular gallery is hosted from home, so please be forgiving if your connection is slow. Thing started off with a BANG, this summer with the first event being the Renaissance and Fantasy Fare in Gigharbor, Washington, next it was off to the Yamhill Valley Winery for wine tasting through Neighborhood House Association with offices in Multnomah Village of Portland, OR. About three weeks later after that we went waver runner ridding with my man Greg Martin, and also hiking  out by Snoqualmie-Pasqualmie (sorry for the pun) Falls for a short Jill hike to see the falls, the power generation station, and the great Lodge that is there at Snoqualmie. Great prices I hear for the loading… A few weeks later after that it was off to Friday Harbor in the San Juan Islands where Jill’s parent purchased a new vacation home, soon to be retirement home. We most especially enjoyed the the sunset just over Victoria Island on the other side of the channel. It was also a tremendous pleasure to Orcas out hunting for food in the channel on just the opposite side of the Island. Too bad I wasn’t able to get a good enough photo to be seen to place with the other photographs. The light house you can see there is the vantage point from where we saw the whales. The final and of course must relaxing time I was able to enjoy with just one day with Grandpa and I fishing at the inlet to the Salmon River. The fish you seen me holding there is a 27 pound fish I caught out by a part of the inlet our guide called “The Trojan’s Helmet” and that I’m barely able to lift becuase of it being so full of meat and salmon eggs. Yes, I just so happen to catch and eat a fall Chinook Salmon that was on her way up river lay her eggs in louse gravel to continue the population of the Chinook Salmon species, right up until the point she smelled the herring bate at the end of my fish hook. The fish that you see Grandpa holding is a 15 pound fish that our tour guide, Scilus, had hooked and Grandpa had reeled in.

This first week of October has been kind of depressing is I lost my first opportunity at full time with Microsoft since I am still a hard working software engineer. This second weekend may even get more depressing since taxes for the precious year is due by the end of this month, oh woopty-do, lucky me. Generally speaking about life as a human on Earth, we must balance the good with the bad, and hope someday to be in a place we never have to worry about loss, hurt and suffering again.

 

Instead of our typical stay at home Friday evening and watch Stargate Science Fiction, we spent a wonderful and relaxing evening at the horse races when we were unexpectedly invited by Jill’s work place American Engineering to come on down and enjoy the races at Emerald Downs Horse Race Track. I have to admit to you all that I did my best to understand how to read the statistics sheet for who is going to be the next winning horse, but I untimately conceided to my own inability and left all the betting up to Jill:
