If you start to see errors like this:

Error

Go to Computer Management in Windows 10, and ADD the ALL APPLICATION PACKAGE also as a user to the Users group, then execute gpupdate.exe /force or reboot.

Error

You may need also to set your DCOM default properties settings to look like this within dcomcnfg.exe:

DCOM properties

It will also help to run the file and folder permission reset tools from Tweaking.com - Windows Repair, and also FixWin 10 for Windows 10.

I'm having much more success with fixing my Windows 10 x64 stuff now with this extra step, and also these two tool set solutions!

Take care, and may God Bless!
